Why are you surprised that many of our youth are violent – when thousands peddle products to the community, which specialize in violence, hate and self depreciation? I do not believe your organization can control violent behaviors of young people individually. I would submit, if you are truly serious about decreasing youth violence, your organization should stand up against the national factors which contribute to the mentality of youth violence. Change the mentality of the community and you change its people.
Stand up against media and publishing companies that viciously attack noble values - stand up against black community profit takers, who take the minds and souls of young blacks - stand up against
1) Violent rap music that replace good home teaching with criminal mentality
2) Role models that do not support marriage and adult responsibility
3) Movie producers that replace education with black exploitation
4) Countless TV shows that highlight the black fool, which creates the self image “ it’s okay to be a black fool”
5) Media entities that highlight the lifestyle of prison instead of the truth about prison
6) Replace those that have replaced “hard working black man generation” for “the quick work hustler attitude”
7) Stand up against black community leaders and radio voices, who exploit racial injustices for self gain and self promotion
8) Stop the reckless designation that ALL white citizens are racist enemies
9) Stand up against any entity, that coverts the young black boy to the chain gang
The young black person (in our poorest neighborhoods) is susceptible to violence and abuse from his peers, the justice system, and the media.
Once those factors replace the child mentality with useless hatred and misguidance of the adult mentality, the justice system takes advantage of his crimes and he goes away and opportunities that should be his by birthright and the work of his hands and mind, is promptly replaced by educated and willing Asians, Mexicans and Indians. He then rots away in prison, head bumping to the same beat, which molded the mentality in the first place.
When you change input factors of an environment, something different begins to grow.
